I am a qualified professional with over 18 years in the learning and development field with experience in course development, training documents, and evaluation. In my career I have been successful at setting and achieving short and long-term strategic goals in a fast growing organization. One of the benefits of being an instructional designer is the experience of working with people from all levels of an organization from hourly staff to executive team members.
